Ferrero Rocher Instant Lipstick Holder

    Miss Bee here and I am back for another blog. I am not going to do a tutorial or product review about Ferrero Rocher. I'm sure you all know what Ferrero Rocher is so I'm gonna skip an intro for that.

I am sure most of you ladies got a box of this chocolate and I am pretty sure most of you didn't throw that little container away because it has a sentimental value. It's either you kept the love letters your bf gave you in it or just simply keep it somewhere because you think that you can use it for something.. Well Bellas, it's time for you to take it out from your storage box and put it on your vanity corner!

I had this idea while eating the chocolate. I was eating them and I suddenly look at my poor lipstick holder. And then it hit me. Why not make this Ferrero Rocher container as my lippies holder? I tried to put one lipstick on and VOILA! Pefect! I can't wait till I finish all the chocolates up.

So here are the photos of my new lipstick holder. It's nothing fancy...I didn't even put any design on it but you know you can always do that if you want to. It's just that, I like it better that way. Simple but very useful.

I used the lid for my potted individual eye shadows and brow powder. 

As you can see, that little something you value that's been sitting around in your storage box can be very useful. You can store anything you want it this clear container depending on your needs. Just be creative!

Krave Minerale is L-O-V-E Episode 3 - Conceal and Correct

Hey Lovelies!

     Welcome to the 3rd episode of Krave Minerale is L-O-V-E. Today I'm gonna be talking about the famous conceal and correct. I was intrigued by this product when I saw Say, the famous Pinay YT guru did a tutorial using Krave products and she mentioned that the KMC Conceal and Correct does not only cover up blemishes, it will also even out the skin tone (I hope I remember that one right..). Anyway, it took me a long time before I finally decide to purchase the product together with the other Krave Minerale products.

 So here's the Conceal and Correct from Krave. It's in a stick form. It actually looks like a lip balm.

So here's how it looks like inside. It only comes with 1 shade which suits medium and fair complexion.
It has a drier texture when applied but it helps the product stick on to your face longer.

Application and Result

I applied Conceal and Correct only on one side. Do you see the difference?

I know..it's scary :))) 

I already applied it on the other side as well as around my nose and lips. As you can see, the redness that you saw on the first picture disappeared and you can see how Conceal and Correct made my eyes appear brighter. 

Here's the picture of me after I applied dual foundation. Can you see how flawless it made me look. 

Just Conceal and Correct plus dual foundation and voila! Bye bye uneven skin tone and dark under eyes :) 

So here's the final look. I did a very simple everyday makeup because as I always say here in my blog, I work from home so I dont need to put on a lot. 

My Final Say

   Although I love how KMC's Correct and Conceal instantly gives me brighter eyes, I didn't like how it smears around my nose and lips are. It stay on for long hours but I think you have to use it sparingly around the nose and lips especially when you know that you'll be out all day and will be sweating a lot. This is just my honest review about the product and maybe it will work differently on you as we all have different skin type. Anyway, overall I love the product and I will continue to use it as a part of my daily makeup routine.

A Mother's Zalora Wishlist-

 Hey Lovelies,

     When I first saw the Zalora Wishlist giveaway in Nuffnang, I instantly created an account and browsed the site. Zalora is the new online store where you can find different things. From clothings to home needs. They offer free shipping which is fabulous plus..plus plus and 30-day return! How cool is that??

 There were a lot of things that I like and it was so hard to come up with a wishlist since I am not really a fan of shopping shoes and clothes online. So I told myself that I will choose the things that I really need. After hundreds of clicks, I finally came up with a wishlist and here it is...

As you can see I chose mostly shoes.. That's because I need all of them I swear! I'm not gonna tell you the reason WHY.. LOL... I chose the pair of jeans because I rarely wear them so I only have very few. 

Anyway, I was already writing my blog entry for this contest when I noticed something....

Zalora has kids' section???

Then it suddenly struck me.. It's my baby boy's 9th birthday today and I know that it would be great if I give him some of the stuff he needs. He's considered as preteen now. I can't believe how time flies. It seems only yesterday when I choose to let him breathe and see the world and now he's already 9 and a 4th grade student. I feel old whenever I think about but hey! I love being a mom and I would never regret having him in my life. 

Anyway, most of the few things I picked uo for him to include in the wishlist are shoes. I dont know but I feel like some of the clothes are really ordinary in the site and I want to dress my little man like a fashionista would.  

So here's my Top 5 picks!!

So here are the closer look to the top 5 items..As you can see they're not mix and matchy type. 

My first pick was this jacket and I fell in love with it the moment I saw it in the site. I bet my little man would look fabulous on this.

An athletic  shoes is a must  have!!

I really find this shoes cute and I bet my little man can pull this off :)

Ok..sometimes, One of my problems with my son is wearing shoes.. He would always complain about shoes  whenever we're going out. He always asks me what to wear but this sandals would be perfect for him because it goes well with a lot of his casual outfits

Ok this one..I dont have any reasons of choosing this as part of the list. But I think the pants would look good on him

So there you have my wishlist. Whether or not I win this contest or he receives these items, I think my only wish for him is to have a good life. A good health and happy childhood are the best things I can always give my child.

Krave Minerale is L-O-V-E Series Episode 1 - Oil Eliminator and Skin Hydrator

     I am so back for another product review. I know I haven't written anything here in my blog and I haven't done updates on my YT channel and also TUMBLR. I am only able to update from time to time in Facebook posting OOTD/FOTD and lately I posted my new album Nail of the Week. Anyway, I decided to write my product review separately for Krave Minerale Cosmecuticals Products because I really believed that it is much better to focus on one brand at a time when doing a product review. Originally, I was suppose to write just one blog. I drafted everything and wrote some questions and as I started writing I feel like I need more than one blog in tackling each and every products I bought from KMC. So I decided to make a series of product reviews focusing on KMC products.

Series 1 - Oil Eliminator and Skin Hydrator

1. Oil Eliminator and Skin Hydrator
     What it does?
             Oil Eliminator and Skin Hydrator helps control oil and it can also help your makeup last longer. Since it's translucent powder, it wont interfere with other makeup. Even if it controls oil, it wont make your face look dry instead it will make your skin look hydrated and healthy because it has  Sodium Hyaluronate. The other key ingredient which is the pearl powder has anti-wrinkling and sun protection benefit.

     What I like about this product?
               I have a normal skin type but in summer, my skin gets excessively oily. So when I found out about this product I thought I should really get one soon. Also I've been doing a lot of makeup for the past couple of months and  I noticed that some of them really suffer from their makeup smearing too fast. Anyway, so I bought the product and tried it on me one day. I love this product since day 1 of using it. It didn't make my skin look oily and even when I touch it, there's very little oil in it and that's after long hours at work. I took a picture which I posted on my FB page but I wasn't able to post the picture I took few hours after I applying KM Oil Eliminator and Skin Hydrator.

                   So here's my first ever picture with KM products on me. Other than the Oil Eliminator and Skin Hydrator, I also used Correct and Conceal for the first time. The picture was taken an hour after I applied the product. The temperature was 34 degrees and look, my skin still looks pretty and healthy. I love how it gives automativ highlight on my face.

So here's the photo I took 8 hours after I took the first one. And I know...you may be thinking "why the heck does her skin look so dark in here?" Aha..I get ya...I know what you're thinking..haha!  It's because my skin was really dark.. The photos were take a few days after I got the product which happened to be the day I arrived home from Puerto Galera. The first picture was taken during daytime and I always use the sun as a natural source of light whenever I'm filming or taking pictures. Anyway, so as you can see even when my skin was darker, I dared to take a picture and I actually post it here which I would never do if I wasn't using KM Oil Eliminator and Skin Hydrator.

This photo was taken few hours after I applied  KM Oil Eliminator and Skin Hydrator. It was around 1:30pm

And this one was 4 hours after I took the other one.... even after a long day, KM Oil Eliminator and Skin Hydrator managed to control the oil on my face. 

My Final say.....

  In my opinion, using KMC's Oil Eliminator alone can help you to become oil free up to 4 hours if you're like me working at home without air conditioner but if you're working in an air conditioned room/office then it will probably last you longer. You may want to touch up if you're outside though.

Krave Minerale is L-O-V-E Series -Episode 2 - Mist Spritz Makeup Setting MIst

          Here I am again for my 2nd episode of Krave Minerale is L-O-V-E and today I will do a review for Mist Spritz Setting Spray. So as I already made my introduction about KMC on the previous episode, this blog will be shorter (I hope so...)

What is KMC Mist Spritz?
           Mist Spritz is a setting spray applied after you're done with your regular makeup routine. It sets your makeup to help it last all throughout the day. This product is also best for re-hydrating your skin especially with our country's scorching heat. It's so refreshing plus your skin can get a lot of benefits from it. The story....... (Once upon a time....)
             I have been looking for a cheap setting spray for a long time now. It's hard to find since all of the setting spray are expensive plus it's hard to take a risk if they will not work well for me. So while I was browsing KMC's products (and here I am with the "Once upon a time" again..lol). ANyway, while I was browsing, I came across their makeup setting spray and when I checked the price, I was like "OMG!! I should get this like right now!!!". I've been browsing KMC's product and I was wondering why I didn't notice the Mist Spritz before. I always wanted to buy conceal and correct and the oil eliminator but I was just lazy to send a message,list down my order,fill out the order form and all that stuff you need to do when you buy things online. Anyway, so I sent KMC a message and they informed me that all the products are given to their distributors. They give me a list of people I can contact for my order and so procrastination kicked in! I was so excited but then got lazy to text my orders..LOL..I did that the next day. As soon as Ms Hazel Tan replied to my message, I immediately asked someone to deposit my payment so I can get my items ASAP. It came after few days because I ordered it on Friday and then I got it on MOnday. I think the shipping will be faster if it didn't fall on the weekend.

What I can say about this product:

             When I first tried the product, I wasn't able to take a picture of it because I was so busy. Anyway, I went out for few hours and when I looked at myself in the mirror after long hours, I was surprised because my makeup still looked good. My makeup didn't smear even when I was sweating as if I was in a sauna due to the scorching heat. I also got the chance to use this product when I did my sister's makeup on her civil wedding. She was all scared because her face is oilier than mind and she's worried that her makeup will just melt away because of the temperature. Since I was confident that Mist Spritz will help her save the day, I told her "Trust me and shut up!" so she just patiently let me do my thing. So before we went to the city hall she told me 'Ate oo nga..di nga siya natunaw" and I was like "told yah!". It was just one hour and she was already satisfied.. Anyway, hours past and her makeup was still ok although it smeared a little bit during the day, she was still satisfied that her face didn't look oily. I also partnered Mist Spritz with Oil Eliminator. 

            Mist Spritz costs Php200 for a 30ml bottle. Even though I know that it is expensive for a small bottle, I think it's also a good find because you dont have to take a risk in buying expensive ones with big bottles and end up not liking it. Luckily, I fell in love with this product and it's the product that I'm going to have a love affair with for a long time. Mist Spritz is also convenient to carry around in your makeup bag because of the small bottle.

Now this one was taken almost 10pm. After church I got stuck in the traffic jam so I walked for more than 30minutes and it was raining! But look! My makeup stayed on even after sweating all day. 

My Final Say.......

        Mist Spritz is a holy grail. It can help your makeup stay on even after a long day. And take note, I am not working in an air conditioned room but my makeup managed to stay on with the help of this product.

Tag Videos: What's in My Purse? and My Makeup Bag

Hey Gorgeous,

      I wanted to share with you a little story about  the videos I filmed a couple of weeks ago. If you notice, I have been uploading some tag videos in Youtube lately. These videos were filmed before I got terribly sick. While I was editing these videos, I noticed that I got bloodshot eyes. My eyes are normally reddish but in those videos they were terribly red. I was not feeling well the day before I filmed them but I didn't realize that I will be terribly sick. On that same day (Monday), I filmed 3 videos just so I want to be able to use my free time in a more productive way. Anyway, I was happy that I was able to film some videos before I got sick. Enough of the talking and I hope you guys enjoy my tag videos and if you have a channel in youtube, maybe you can try them too!


What's in My Purse? - Here's the video I filmed after the "7 Deadly Sins of Beauty" tag video. I was in hurry in this video because my laptop had some problem as some of you know. In this video you can see my Celine bag that I purchased last December and it was included in my Huge December haul video.

This video was filmed in the after while I was on break and it was also the last video I filmed that day. After this video was take, I suddenly felt sick ;(  Anyway, in here I showed the stuff I put in my makeup bag which I rarely use even when I'm out. I usually dont care if my makeup doesn't look good anymore. I'm lazy like that...LOL ^_^

7 Deadly Sins of Beauty Tag

What is your most inexpensive item and your most expensive?
- I'm not sure if I have to mention the most expensive on my collection or the most expensive product that I've ever purchased in my entire makeup geeky life. But since I can't decide I'll just show you both of them.
Aido Makeup set- I know it's funny because this is not a high end product but so far, this is the most expensive product I've ever had in my life.
Missha Time Revolution - I got this as a Christmas present from my students last year. This gift set came with 2 big bottles and 2 smaller bottles of toner and moisturizer. I am not so sure why they have smaller bottles of toner and moisturizer but maybe you can carry this when you travel. I've been using this for more than 2 months now and I am half way done with the big toner bottle. I am not a great fan of this because it actually took time before my skin got used to this but my acne scars lightened up ever since I used this product.

Inexpensive
- Now for the most inexpensive one, it's my careline lip gloss and I got it only for Php75.

Wrath
  What beauty product do you have a love/hate relationship with? What product is hardest to get?
 I have an on again off again relationship with my Koji-san kojic acid soap. I've been using this product religiously for over 2 years when suddenly my dermatologist ordered me to stop using it because it made my skin thinner which lead to these tiny little bumps that I have for more than a year now. Anyway I stopped it but not totally because I am still using it to my face but I got really curious about trying other milder products to my face because I had this bad breakout... but it turned out that nothing can really stop it but my Koji-san kojic acid soap! So I we did reunite again and in less than a month of using it, my skin got better.
Anyway for the product that is the hardest to get...it would be my Victoria's Secret Strawberries and Champaigne hand and body cream. I super love this ever since this product laid its creamy texture on my skin. I love the scent and it's just super delicious.

What are your most delicious beauty products?
  I dont know but maybe Victoria's Secret Strawberries and Champaigne hand and body lotion/ perfume.

Sloth
 What beauty product do you neglect due to laziness?
   - probably lipstick but only when reapplying them. I always finish off a makeup look with a lipstick/lip gloss. Maybe it's just part of the routine but there are times that I totally forgot about it. I think whenever I go to church, I tend to forget applying lipstick.. there's no special reason for that..I just totally forgot! Anyway, I tend to be lazy in reapplying my lipstick whether I am home or I'm out.

Pride
 What beauty produc gives you the most self-confidence.
-Definitely my brows!!! My brows are barely visible so I always have to do an intensive redefining routine with my brows. Dare me to walk out without any makeup but please let me define my brows first...
One more thing is nail polish..I always love how this gives me confidence. It's like I feel more prettier when I have my nails done.

What attribute do you find most attractive in the opposite sex?
  Confidence, has a sense of humor and someone who's mature and responsible.

Envy
 What items would you like to receive as a gift?
Really? you are asking me that? Uhmm.. well I would love to get........

I would love to get a professional makeup train case. The one with vanity mirror and all that goo stuff inside and it should also come with a director chair so I wouldn't have to bend my body too much when I'm soing someone's hair and makeup but seriously, any makeup train case will do!
