Everyday Natural Glow: Summer Trend 2013

I have always been  a fan of subtle makeup. I love the natural glow and it's always been my go-to makeup look. Lucky for me, it is the summer trend for 2013 according to Harper's Bazaar. But as for me, natural glow will never go out of trend. All you need to do is how to work it out depending on your skin type. Those who have combination to very oily skin need to be extra careful in pulling this look off. Of course you dont want to glow because of your shiny oily face,right?

Anyway, I managed to film a video on how I achieve this look. I have combination skin so if you have the same skin type as mine, you might find this look helpful.

Wow! I'm totally doing it..I'm writing on my blog again. I have been busy sorting things out for the new year and there are/were a lot of things going on with me right now. One of them is setting up my new blog which is   the Real Estate.Ph that actually have a live ad at Sulit.Com/AvidaLady.

I always knew I'm going to be very busy this year so before the year ends, I thought of the things I should have this year and hopefully I'd be able to get them soon!

Home Improvement 

Gas Range - I always want one of these for my kitchen because first, I love to cook and 2nd, I want to learn how to bake.

Children's bed- I always wanted to have a lovely space for my children and the bed below is exactly what I need. It gives them a lot of storage and allows more space to their room.

For the dining I wanted to have at least 6 seater dining table. We love to eat together so having enough space for the table is great to have more food to share with the family. 

Living Room- I always want to have an L-Shape couch for my house. It gives a lot of space for the whole family to bond and have fun.

My Career

I do a lot of things for a living. I'm a homebased virtual assistant/content editor, online teacher, blogger,makeup artist and just recently I became an accredited property specialist of Avida Towers.Whew!

So since I do a lot of things, I need a lot of things to gear me up and be ready to do everything at the most convenient way. 

High back chair - Of course, sitting all day in front f the computer can be literally such a pain in the a** and the back! So one of the things I am planning to get and this should be real soon is a high back chair. 

Office Desk- I love to have this office desk for no reason at all.. I have a built in one but I want this more!

Ipad 3 or 4-  Like cmon guys, who wouldn't want this baby? LOL! But it's not just a "want" for me... I need it..like seriously! 

Traincase - It's been on my wishlist since I started to do makeup for other people. 

Airbrush Makeup set - Since this is a trend and most of the brides prefer to have airbrush makeup on their special day, I wanted to have them so I can get more clients :) As much as I love traditional makeup sometimes, you really need to follow the trend to meet your clients' expectations.

Car- so ok..if I'd be lucky this year and I know I am going to be, I would love to have my own car. But first, I need to learn how to drive! LOL! I want to have my dream boyfriend...A white Mazda 3!

I Can Be Body Beautiful at Any Age with Wacoal

  Have you ever had problems with your undergarments not fitting your style perfectly?

     Are you wearing the ones that's not appropriate for your age? Like wearing Grandma-ish undergarments when you're only 15?

 Your outfit doesn't look good on you? Well darling, you probably wearing the wrong bra!!

We all come in different shape and sizes.. Some are small, some big... some are petite and some are voluptuous.. But you know what? Who cares???!! All that matter is you know how to embrace your
own shape. There's nothing more beautiful than a woman who is confident and knows how to be beautiful, INSIDE OUT.

  Being a mom at such a young age, I have been very conscious about my shape, though keeping myself in good shape is such a struggle for me, I still try to do my best to do everything I can. I exercise when I can, I eat enough or sometimes more than that but hey, I know how important food is in our daily lives. And I know how important keeping my body healthy because my kids only depend on me.

  It;s really hard to have a beautiful body when you're too busy juggling 3 jobs and not to mention being a hands on mom full time. But I always have  a way of faking it ( well not in a bad way). Having the perfect
undies would be a great trick to make your body look beautiful.

Look at this as an example

   It's perfect when you're going to night out with your girlfriends. It will conceal your unwanted and excess fats plus it will give you the perfect oohh lala shape!














                                                               Another example  is something that you can wear on a daily basis.

It is important to me to wear something that gives the right support without being too uncomfortable. It may be TMI but I really love wearing sexy undies because it instantly gives me the right confidence that I need and also it makes me feel sexy all the time.













      As you see, losing weight is not the only way to have a body beautiful at any age. You just need to wear something that can make you feel good and sexy. So ladies, what are you waiting for? Go and raid your closet. Ditch your grandma-ish undies and replace them with the ones that fit your age, body and lifestyle and STAY BODY BEAUTIFUL!

Outfit Post: Chief Editor Peg ( Chic on a Budget)

Hello Lovelies, 

    It's be again for another post. It's Friday and like I said on my last post, I will try my best to write at least once a week. 

    Anyway, last week I decided to go to church on Saturday since my dad will go the same day. I dont
normally wear something special when I attend worship services but I just felt a little chic-ish that day.

So here's what I came up with 

My inspiration? Well I dont know..I have been wanting to pull off this outfit but as some of you might know, I am working from home so I rarely dress up like this. For me it's a luxury to go to church looking like this. Anyway, my inspiration maybe are the chief editors of some famous magazine. Their looks simply amaze me
and of course they look so fierce and strong but you still see the woman in them. They truly symbolizes Women Power!

My ankle boots are from Primadonna (Php1299) which I got December last year as part of my huge holiday haul. 

As you notice I didn't wear any accessories because I felt like it's already too much. 

Here's another shot..I dont know if it's the angle of the shot, or if my heels are too high or maybe our ceiling is just to low that made me look short in this photo. Oh well can you see my grandma's pic on the wall? Now you know where we get our "kikayness" from!

Dewy Face 101

Hello Hello Lovely Bellas!!

             Before anything else let me give you a big bear hug!! >^_____^<   OMG! I miss you all and I can't believe I finally got the chance to write here in my blog. I have been so busy with work and some other stuff.
But dont worry, I won't bore you telling the stories on why I've been gone for soooooo long. I wanna go straight ahead and write what I need to write before I get busy again.. Just using my lunchbreak for this. LOL ^__^

Dewy Face. That's something I wan to share with you.

 
I have been receiving questions on how to achieve a dewy skin. Honestly, I have no special routine on how to achieve this look. Here's how I do it:

1. Prep my face properly by cleansing,toning and moisturizing it. For my daily skin care routine click HERE . It's my skincare,foundation and brow routine all in one.
2. Like I said not special routine. I will probably depend the routine on the weather. Example, if the weather is too hot, I will put a little amount of BB cream/ foundation and then set it with dual foundation. However, if the weather is a little bit cooler, I can just set it with loose powder and voila! I'm done!

 See how easy it was for me?  I know we have different skin types so you have to get to know your skin first before you achieve a perfectly dewy skin. But wait there's more!
